Platform Configuration

Your platform is provisioned and configured based on your plan and the first incentive that you want to launch with. The details of each customisable feature detialed below are captured through the sign up and onboarding process.

Corporate Colours & Logo

Logo only; your company logo will be displayed across the platform.

Participants

Up to seventy-five (75) participant users can register on your Incentivizer platform.

This does not include your Admin account(s).

Up to two hundred and fifty (250) participant users can register on your Incentivizer platform.

This does not include your Admin account(s).

Up to five hundred (500) participant users can register on your Incentivizer platform.

This does not include your Admin account(s).

Participants from No. Countries

Your registered participant users must reside in a maximum of three (3) different countries.

Rewards will be available in the corresponding Amazon Marketplaces.

Prizes

All prizes are issued to participants as digital Amazon Gift cards.

Recipients can also choose to donate their prizes to charity instead of claiming them.

Prizes are delivered through the Incentivizer platform as soon as they are awarded.

Data Imports

No data imports are available.

Deal Registration & Closed Deal data from SFDC (SalesForce) or other CRM systems can be imported into Incentivizer platform.

• As part of the onboarding process, the platform will be configured to work with your data (e.g. the precise format of your DR IDs).

Manual Claim Reviews

Admins must review and approve all claims through the platform.

Automated Claim Verification

Automation is not available as part of the Starter plan.

Claims and activities can be verified and updated in the platform on a monthly basis as part of the Pro plan.

2FA Security

Security is important to us. Every account on the Incentivizer platform requires the use of 2FA when signing in.

Every user also goes through email verification when creating their account on the platform.

Support

Admins contact Incentivizer Support by email.

Email SLA: initial response within 2 business days.

Participants submit support tickets via the platform. Admins are responsible for providing tier one support to all participants.
